The Longwood Board prior to 2024 was a prudent Board which ensured financial health and increases in reserves. Current Board and budget is a net loss although they say they reduced costs.
Current Board in an attempt to discredit previous work done fired all prior service providers, although those they replaced were actually more efficient and cost less than current providers. In addition, the replacement of Advantage Management with Building Group has not reduced any management fees, and in fact has yielded worst service (no return phone calls, no service calls, heat that is haphazard (too cold/too hot), missed landscaping for over six weeks, etc.
Re-electing previous Board members who had a grasp of what our community needs. Return to in person meetings, the hiring of a property manager who is attentive to the community, efficient assessment collections, and general upkeep of the community.
